Private Portfolio Consultations are one hour, scheduled individually within the window shown.

Grand-Opening Special: $765

Regular tuition: $900 · The $765 Grand-Opening rate is available to the founding group only

This is the first group to go through the Workshop. The reduced tuition reflects that honestly: you're joining at the beginning, and I'll ask for your candid feedback along the way.

Two installments

$450 at enrollment and $450 on January 15. The regular tuition of $900 (no discount).

Tuition includes

Twelve live two-hour online sessions
Two one-hour Private Portfolio Consultations with Ernest
Ongoing group critique, with rotating in-depth reviews
The Participant Workbook for all six months

Enroll online, securely. Choose either payment option at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation and a short welcome questionnaire, and the Zoom link and your private upload folder arrive before the first session.

Policies

Clear terms, stated up front

The two-session refund

Come to the first two sessions. If the Workshop isn't right for you, tell me before the third session on December 13, and I'll refund your tuition in full. No forms, no argument.

Refunds and withdrawals

Before the first session: full refund.
Through Session 2: full refund, as long as you tell me before Session 3.
After Session 2: tuition isn't refundable. If a serious illness or family emergency forces you to withdraw, the unused portion becomes a credit toward a future group.
If the Workshop doesn't run, for any reason: full refund.

Missed sessions

Life happens. Sessions are recorded, and the recording is shared privately with the group for two weeks.

If you miss a session where your in-depth review was scheduled, it moves to the next session. You won't lose your turn.

Private consultations

Each consultation is one hour, by Zoom, scheduled at a time that suits you within its window. Need to reschedule? Give 24 hours' notice and we'll find another time.

Online access

The Zoom link and your private upload folder arrive by email before the first session.

You'll need a computer with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a way to export JPEGs of your work. Any camera is fine.
